All-Star Rockers Christmas Music Videos

NLO Okay, so a friend sent me over to a site today and I didn’t know what to expect.

It is an All-Star Rockers Christmas Music from a band called the Nothern Light Orchestra.

So, I pressed the play button on their MySpace page and was bombarded by the most amazing guitar riffs to start a song called “We Worship You”! It was AWESOME!

What’s even better, is that you can get Free Christmas Music Downloads!

I was completely blown away, because I’m a serious rocker at heart and was so pleasantly shocked that the songs were about Christmas – A Christian Christmas!

NLO may very well be my new favorite rock band – They sound like a fabulous mix of your favorite 70’s & 80’s glam rock, hair bands – like Cinderella, Megadeth Boston or Whitesnake – with a sound reminiscent of Bono of U2 and Tom Scholz of Boston.

No wonder, this is what it says on their profile page:

Vocalists and musicians appearing on NLO have been responsible for the sale of over 200 million albums worldwide and include members and former members of household names such as The Beach Boys, Sly and the Family Stone, Alice Cooper, Survivor, Steely Dan, Firehouse, Megadeth, Sister Sledge, Quiet Riot, Vanilla Fudge, Winger, Bob Carlisle, Guns and Roses, Grand Funk Railroad, Kiss, House of Lords, and Whitesnake just to name a few.

The lyrics are Biblically correct and the band “goes hard” with fabulous rock sound – awesome vocals, kickin’ guitar, bass and guitars…And it’s Free Christmas Music!

Then, they got me with their videos on the site – thus, a big reason I’m sharing this with you today:

It’s fabulous for them to do an introduction video about their band and explain where they’re coming from – almost like a mission statement with fabulous highlights.

It was nothing fancy, except for the awesome clips from shows…LOL…However, they had 2 people from the band sit down and chat about what NLO is all about! Awesome!

I’m so excited to bring you this blog post about them! If ever you get a chance to see them or have seen them, let me know! I’m ready for Christmas in August!

I’d love to have them come to our church or see them in concert here in Dallas!

“Wow” is all I have to say! They get Worshipping the Lord and didn’t give up on their heavy metal dreams either! What a beautiful combination!

I can’t say enough great things about them! I want a CD NOW…In the meantime, I can totally get into their Christmas Rock Downloads.
